Every once in awhile I read a article that puts things into perspective or make sme really stop adn think.
Aside from that I always try to ask myself "am I living up to my full potential"....the answer is always "No" but I am still overly happy with my life, I preffer to be happy then always striving for something over the top.
As far as parenting I ask myself everyday "is there a more patient and compassionate way I could be interacting with my son" and that answer is almost always YES!
